Experteer Overview As Fever's Tax Manager you will lead the tax function for a high-growth global group, shaping tax strategy and compliance. You will partner with Head of Tax and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage risk, and support expansion across markets. The role blends hands-on tax work with people leadership to build a scalable tax function. You will influence senior management decisions and drive efficient tax structures that enable Fever’s international growth. - Lead and develop the tax team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Own and manage the comprehensive tax calendar for direct and indirect taxes across jurisdictions.
- Coordinate and review indirect and direct tax compliance processes.
- Research and analyse indirect and direct tax matters and provide tailored advice.
- Identify risks and potential tax planning opportunities.
- Determine uncertain tax exposures and manage taxation provisioning.
- Collaborate with third-party service providers as required.
- Work with Finance u0026 Accounting to ensure knowledge and application of taxation laws.




- Support audits/inquiries from tax authorities with third-party and local teams.
- Prepare applications for tax rulings, incentives, and exemptions where available.
- Advise senior management on taxation risks and transaction structures for acquisitions.
- Contribute to improvements of tax processes.Responsabilidades
- At least 5 years of senior taxation experience, APAC focus, from practice or industry.
- Experience mentoring or leading team members.
- Solid track record establishing and monitoring tax calendars for direct and indirect taxes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Law, or Tax.
- Finance-oriented mindset with tax knowledge across multiple European jurisdictions.
- Proficient Excel user.
- Detail-oriented, organized, with strong project management skills.
