RemotePass is building AI-powered payroll, compliance, and payments capabilities from the ground up. As Product Manager, AI, you’ll define how AI shows up across the platform, guiding early experiments to production features used by customers worldwide. You’ll work closely with the CEO, engineers, and operators in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
The role emphasizes making AI useful in high-stakes workflows, where wrong answers have real consequences, and the scope is defined from day one.
