Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for industrial and engineering positions, including engineers, technicians, and operational roles.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and platforms to identify specialized talent.




Conduct thorough screening and in-depth interviews to assess technical qualifications and experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with professionals in the industrial and engineering sectors.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific project requirements and organizational culture.
Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and skill gaps.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on industrial, manufacturing, or engineering roles.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing technical and specialized professionals.
In-depth knowledge of engineering disciplines and industry-specific requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote environment.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience recruiting within the Murcia region or understanding its industrial landscape is a plus.
