We are now looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer in Spain to keep our teams connected, secure and ready to deliver.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the first point of contact for IT in Spain, keeping our teams productive and secure. You’ll:
Resolve hardware, software and access issues hands-on, escalating to specialists when needed
Manage the IT service desk queue and keep users updated
Set up new starters and offboard leavers, from device builds to
