Tasks
Be the point of contact for external and internal communications
Coordinating the storage tower cross delivery/country location
Standard run operation
Work on incident/problem/change/SR
alignment with client
doing health checks for the systems
Identify automation opportunities
align parameter changes
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
Proactive analysis of problems and application of best practices.
