Empiric is recruiting a ServiceNow Engagement Manager for Europe with remote work. You will lead customer engagements, coordinate technical teams, and retain hands-on ServiceNow capability to step in for configuration, development or integration when required.
The role focuses on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and platform workflows, overseeing delivery priorities, risks and actions while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring commitments are met across multiple engagements.
