Your Mission You will take on entrepreneurial responsibility for our digital iCorr® solutions. From the initial idea through product strategy to market success, you will actively shape the digital future of our industry.




Your future responsibilities include actively shaping the strategy and roadmap for our digital products and making a significant contribution to our financial success
identifying customer needs and market opportunities and developing innovative data, software, and AI solutions
managing our products throughout their entire lifecycle and jointly overseeing implementation with agile development teams
data-driven decision-making based on customer feedback, user behavior, and business KPIs
developing sustainable business models, pricing strategies, and new digital services
ensuring compliance with current regulatory requirements for digital products
Your professional and personal profile a degree in engineering or comparable training
several years of experience in product management for digital products or SaaS solutions, ideally in a B2B or industrial setting
a proven track record of success in developing, launching, and scaling digital products
experience collaborating with agile development teams and using modern product management methods
understanding of data-driven products, cloud technologies, Industrial IoT, and AI applications
excellent English skills and willingness to travel
