An opportunity for a Competence and Training Manager has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe.
Responsibilities Identify training needs across Production staff (BC and WC).
Support the setup of training sessions, ensuring trainee availability.
Ensure the provision of trainers for each specific training session.
Manage the Training Center, including room allocation, material availability, and maintenance.
Identify and coordinate the necessary training actions to address competency gaps.
Define KPIs and regularly update absenteeism analysis.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in competence management, preferably within a large industrial or aerospace environment.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Availability for an interim/temporary assignment.
