As an Application Development Engineer, you will support our Mobility segment, working closely with leading automotive customers across Spain and Europe to develop innovative polymer solutions for current and future mobility applications. Serve as a technical expert for customers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders within the mobility and automotive market
Support customers in optimizing product performance, processing technologies, application development, and product approvals
Contribute to innovation projects and the development of new products and applications for mobility-related markets, including solutions based on recycled and renewable materials
Share application and processing expertise across the organization to strengthen technical capabilities and customer support
Bring several years of experience in application development, technical service, product development, or a comparable customer-facing role
Have a strong understanding of polymer materials and processing technologies such as injection molding, extrusion, or compounding
Combine a customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and commercial awareness
Are fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages, particularly French, are a plus
While several years of experience are preferred, we also encourage applications from candidates with a strong technical background in polymers, automotive OEMs, injection molding,

We offer a competitive salary package aligned with experience, qualifications, and the local market. For graduates and early‑career professionals, compensation starts at approximately €56,000 gross per year. Candidates bringing relevant industry experience in polymer applications, automotive OEM environments, injection molding, or application development can expect a higher compensation level commensurate with their expertise.
