You'll design custom commercial proposals tailored to each customer's needs, negotiate complex agreements, and own the P&L; impact of every deal you close.

Business development: Customer relationship management: Measure performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and lead the wider team to address them.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements




Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
Experience structuring and negotiating non-standard commercial agreements.
Experience in financial modeling, P&L; management or analysis
