As head of the Systems Engineering (presales) team for Iberia, you will align with sales leadership to drive revenue while shifting the conversation from technical detail to business outcomes. You will position Everpure as a strategic data partner for customers and partners across Spain and Portugal, leading a high-performing team and shaping technical strategies. The role combines talent development, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on architectural oversight to win complex opportunities. You will operate in Madrid, influencing product feedback and ecosystem partnerships to accelerate growth.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and develop a diverse presales team through coaching and career growth plans
• Align with Sales to plan territories, forecasts, and joint pipeline reviews
• Drive installed base growth via customer reviews and adoption of Everpure Fusion, Evergreen//One, and new use cases
• Oversee architecture designs, RFPs for public/private sectors,



and PoCs with clear success criteria and timelines
• Develop ecosystem relationships with partners, alliances, and GSIs to co-sell
• Represent field voice to Product Management and Engineering
• Lead shift from technical detail to consultative, business-outcome conversations
• Position the company as a strategic data partner to customers and partners across Iberia
Responsabilidades
• Experience leading and coaching technical presales teams
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and performance management
• Solid grounding in data and infrastructure landscape (virtualization, cloud architectures, databases)
• Capability to explain complex strategies to C-level executives
• Strong resource management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Business fluent in English and Spanish
