Concentrix España is hiring a Quality Evaluator & Coach (Danish-speaking) to join our onsite team in Benalmádena Costa. You will monitor quality, coach agents, and prepare performance reports to drive service excellence.
This full-time role (39 hours/week, 9:00–17:00) requires Danish and English fluency, strong Excel and CRM skills, and the ability to analyze KPIs across daily operations to improve customer experience.
