Focus: Valuing and executing acquisitions of revenue-generating pharmaceutical assetsDomain / Therapy Area: Pharmaceuticals, Corporate Development and M&AA; mid-sized European specialty pharmaceutical company is rebuilding its corporate development function to drive growth through acquisition. The near-term priority is acquiring profitable, revenue-generating marketed assets across Europe within the next 12 to 18 months. The M&A; Specialist will own the formal transaction process, working closely with business development, cross-functional teams and external advisers. This is a hands-on role in a team that is still taking shape, with high visibility to executive leadership and the board.
