Pay range: Italy: 40,000.00 EUR - 60,000.00 EUR | Netherlands: 52,800.00 EUR - 79,200.00 EUR | Portugal: 30,400.00 EUR - 45,600.00 EUR | Spain: 37,600.00 EUR - 56,400.00 EUR.
Provide remote technical support for the Robotic Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
Drive the escalation process to resolve customer issues, including initiating field service support when needed.
Collaborate with other technical service specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
Perform technical activities requiring considerable judgment and have ownership of continuous improvement projects.
Ensure all documentation/system entries are fully complete promptly.
Focus on remote support, with occasional onsite support / training availability (domestically and internationally).
Regular working hours 8:00 - 16:30 CET; on-call availability 7AM-7PM.
Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical, electrical, mechanical engineering, or medical degree with technical skills and experience.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience.
Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).




Experience with robotics or motion control within a large capital equipment environment.
Highly organized, versátil, multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments.
Experience with analysing technical issues and processes for continuous improvement.
Experience with software troubleshooting.
