Key Responsibilities
Design and implement innovative and appealing cocktail menus, featuring signature creations and classic drinks.
Manage all day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Lead, train, and motivate the bar staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Oversee inventory management for the bar, including ordering, stock control, and cost management.




Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and responsible service of alcohol regulations.
Develop and execute bar promotions and events to drive revenue and engagement.
Maintain exceptional guest service standards, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience.
Collaborate with the F&B; management team on menu development and beverage strategy.
Keep abreast of current mixology trends and techniques.
Manage bar budget and P&L;, contributing to the venue's overall profitability.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Head Bartender, or Lead Mixologist.
Exceptional knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
Creative flair and ability to develop unique, high-quality beverage recipes.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Experience with inventory management, cost control, and bar budgeting.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of local alcohol regulations.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
