We are looking for a Senior Developer / Creator in ServiceNow App Engine Studio to join a temporary 6-month project with a major customer in the pharmaceutical sector, based in Barcelona. The customer has implemented a Citizen Development approach within ServiceNow, enabling employees to develop low-code/no-code solutions on the enterprise platform. The idóneo candidate combines knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, along with an interest in digital transformation and knowledge sharing.
As a Senior Developer / Creator in ServiceNow App Engine Studio, your responsibilities will include:

Develop expertise in ServiceNow, its ecosystem, and the services available through the platform.
Upskill in Citizen Development processes related to software management and application delivery.
Support communication, onboarding, and training activities for new and existing team members.
Identify opportunities to drive innovation, digital transformation, and low-code/no-code solution development.
Understand business needs, user challenges, and process requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Design and develop application prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) using the ServiceNow platform.




Stay up to date with ServiceNow product developments and emerging technologies to identify opportunities to expand platform adoption.
Functional understanding of SQL and database concepts.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly through training and independent learning.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Proactive attitude and willingness to support digital transformation and Citizen Development initiatives.
3+ years of experience designing and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform or similar platforms.
~ Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and low-code/no-code application development.
~ Experience developing ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and related application components.
~ Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or onboarding activities.
~ Previous experience in enterprise IT environments or the pharmaceutical industry.

PROJECT DETAILS
Temporary assignment for an initial period of 6 months.
Exposure to enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions, low-code/no-code development, and digital transformation projects.
