What You Will Do In This Role Make outbound calls to follow up on appointments and customer inquiries
Manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment
Perform various back-office tasks to support customer service operations
Provide excellent customer service
Gather and document all necessary information during customer interactions to ensure high-quality service
Maintain a professional demeanour, even in stressful situations

If you are proficient or bilingual in Flemish
Possess excellent organizational, listening and communication skills
Are detail oriented, open-minded, communicative and adaptable to different types of customers
Can work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
What’s In It For You Full-time 39 hours/week indefinido contract: Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 18:00
Salary 22.600 gross/year + up to 3.700 euros gross/year in bonus
