As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and development of advertising channel integrations for an innovative healthcare advertising technology platform. You will help connect pharmaceutical brands with healthcare professionals through advanced targeting, campaign automation, and data-driven advertising solutions. Working across major digital advertising platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, you will drive the development of reliable, scalable integrations that improve campaign performance and data accuracy. You will collaborate closely with engineers, QA specialists, and technical leadership to translate business needs into impactful product solutions. In a fully remote, AI-driven environment, you will have significant autonomy to shape priorities, improve workflows, and introduce new capabilities. Accountabilities
Product strategy and roadmap ownership: Define and manage the product roadmap for advertising channel integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and long-term growth opportunities.
Advertising platform integrations: Lead the development, launch, and continuous improvement of integrations with major advertising platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant digital channels.
Campaign automation and optimization: Improve campaign management workflows, data synchronization, audience targeting, performance tracking,



and integration scalability to deliver reliable advertising experiences.
Requirements gathering and product specifications: Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable development priorities.
Product delivery and team coordination: Lead product delivery for a dedicated team of up to five specialists, collaborating with engineers, QA professionals, and a Tech Lead to ensure efficient execution.
Backlog and sprint management: Prioritize the product backlog, coordinate sprint planning, maintain product documentation, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Market and technology research: Monitor developments across the digital advertising ecosystem, assess platform capabilities and limitations, identify emerging opportunities, and recommend product enhancements.
AI-powered workflow improvement: Integrate AI tools into research, documentation, analysis, and product development processes to increase efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and improve decision-making.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with company leadership, technical teams, and relevant stakeholders to align product priorities with commercial objectives and technical feasibility.
Continuous product improvement: Evaluate integration performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement improvements that enhance reliability, data quality, and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
Product management experience: At least three years of product management experience, with a proven track record of independently owning technical products, defining roadmaps, and delivering complex product initiatives.
