Reporting to the Europe Manager Fragrance of the company, you will be in charge of business development in Spain and Portugal.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Develop new business opportunities in Spain and Portugal
Define and implement a business development strategy tailored to local market priorities and in line with Europe strategy
Understand market requirements, including olfactive preferences, price positioning and regulatory constraints
Transform customer expectations into clear and structured briefs
Manage and coordinate fragrance development briefs in close collaboration with Creation, Evaluation, Marketing and internal teams
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the development process
