What You Will Do In This Role

- Make outbound calls to follow up on appointments and customer inquiries
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Perform various back-office tasks to support customer service operations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Gather and document all necessary information during customer interactions to ensure high-quality service
- Maintain a professional demeanour, even in stressful situations

- If you are proficient or bilingual in Flemish
- Possess excellent organizational, listening and communication skills
- Are detail oriented, open-minded, communicative and adaptable to different types of customers
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
