Responsibilities of the Procurement Compliance & Supplier Qualification Intern





The Procurement Compliance & Supplier Qualification Intern will support the Procurement Compliance team in ensuring suppliers meet Verisure's qualification requirements and compliance standards. The role provides exposure to supplier risk management, procurement processes, digital procurement tools, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

- Support supplier onboarding and qualification and activities through existing tools.
- Review and validate declarations documentation and data provided by the supplier
- Assist in maintaining supplier records and qualification status.
- Support supplier follow-up activities to obtain missing information and documentation.
- Monitor qualification expiry dates and support re‑qualification campaigns.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards and KPI tracking.
- Assist in supplier risk analysis activities, including financial, compliance and ESG assessments.
- Support data validation, cleansing and quality assurance activities.
- Contribute to process improvement, automation and digitalization initiatives.
- Prepare communication materials, user guides and training documentation for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Support the team in managing Procurement Compliance projects and continuous improvement actions.

Candidate profile

Experience And Qualifications

- Degree/ educational background in Business Administration, Economics Engineering, Law or similar is preferred.

Competencies / Skills

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.




- Advanced MS Office package knowledge.
- Comfortable using digital tools and interested in AI and automation.
- Good communication skills in Spanish / English.
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
- Interest in Procurement, Compliance, Supplier Risk Management and Digital Transformation.
