We are seeking a dedicated professional for a Czech Speaking Content Moderator position in Bulgaria, specifically tailored for the dynamic Social Media industry. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-paced team in Sofia, where you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and integrity of integral social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze user-generated content to ensure compliance with social media community guidelines.

- Identify, flag, and escalation content that violates safety policies to maintain a positive online environment.

- Utilize your native Czech language proficiency to accurately interpret nuances, slang, and cultural context within the social media ecosystem.

- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on evolving content policies and platform moderation standards.

- Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency while meeting defined performance metrics.

- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of user experience by providing insights on common content trends.





- Participate in team meetings to align on global moderation strategies and internal quality benchmarks.

- Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.

- Valid EU passport (required for employment eligibility).

- Strong interest in the social media industry and current digital trends.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make objective decisions under pressure.

- Proficiency in English for effective team communication.
