Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all incoming and outgoing logistics operations.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs.

- Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

- Manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other logistics-related data.

- Collaborate with the sales and purchasing departments to forecast demand and manage stock.

- Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a Senior capacity.

- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and warehousing best practices.

- Experience with WMS software and other logistics-related technologies.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. xqbhyrx
