Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales T&I; professional to join our Sales team. In this role, you will support our customers and Sales team throughout the order management process, from preparing and following up on standardized quotations to entering and monitoring customer orders. You will also be a key point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, helping ensure effective communication and reliable follow-up throughout the process.

Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:

- Provide telephone support to customers and the Sales team.
- Prepare and follow up on standardized quotations.
- Enter and process customer orders in SAP.
- Monitor open customer orders and follow up on their status.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales and order processing.
- Coordinate with the Sales network regarding orders, coverage, and customer complaints.




- Collaborate with the Warehouse team to coordinate customer order shipments.
- Work closely with Planning to obtain and communicate expected delivery times.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and complaints.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

- Vocational training or a comparable qualification in Administration, Business Administration, Commercial Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar customer service, sales support, or administrative role.
- Good user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage; according to the original profile, SAP knowledge can also be acquired on the job.
- Strong customer orientation and effective communication skills.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- An adaptable and flexible approach to work.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build trusting working relationships.
