Our client, a leading esports organization, is seeking a passionate and outgoing Gestor de Comunidad Online de Videojuegos (Prácticas Remotas) to join their team. This is a fully remote internship position, offering the flexibility to engage with gamers and build vibrant online communities from anywhere. You will be responsible for fostering positive interactions, moderating discussions, and executing community engagement strategies across various platforms, including Discord, forums, and social media, primarily focused on our competitive gaming teams and associated titles. Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and moderate online community channels (Discord, Reddit, forums, social media) to ensure a positive and respectful environment.

- Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and facilitate discussions about games and esports.

- Develop and implement engaging content plans to increase community interaction and loyalty.

- Organize and promote online community events, such as tournaments, Q&A; sessions, and giveaways.

- Gather community feedback and report key insights and sentiment to the internal team.

- Assist in managing influencer and streamer relationships within the community.





- Help develop and enforce community guidelines and policies.

- Identify and empower community advocates and super-users.

- Stay up‑to‑date with gaming trends, new releases, and the esports landscape.

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align community activities with broader campaigns.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Game Design, or a related field.

- Demonstrable passion for video games and extensive knowledge of gaming culture and esports.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.

- Experience managing or actively participating in online communities (Discord, forums, etc.).

- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.

- Strong understanding of community management principles and best practices.

- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.

- Team player with good interpersonal skills.

- Must be eligible for an internship program and available for the full duration.
