Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the launch of Preply Pro, an AI-first freemium experience, and drive cross-functional initiatives across squads and tribes. You’ll own strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes, bridging product management and program management to deliver high-impact, measurable results. You will steer pricing, packaging, and key metrics while staying close to learners and tutors to ensure real-world impact. This is a high-visibility role shaping the future of Preply at scale. • Own the Preply Pro launch end to end across web and mobile, including strategy, roadmap, execution and commercial results
• Lead the commercial story with business case, pricing and packaging, and metrics to prove Pro’s effectiveness
• Shape initiatives spanning multiple squads and tribes to align cross-functional teams around a shared outcome
• Manage senior stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and Ops, surfacing trade-offs and driving decisions
• Maintain deep customer empathy for learners and tutors to ensure bets solve real problems




• Execute with discipline by turning cross-functional work into clear plans, owners, milestones, and shipped outcomes
• Analyze learner and tutor interactions to guide decisions, focusing on conversion and retention in Pro
