About the Role Responsibilities

- Manage, organise and maintain project documentation throughout its lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate document registration, version control, filing, retrieval and distribution.
- Coordinate document flows between internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders.
- Monitor document status, revisions, approvals and submission deadlines.
- Maintain clear, consistent and accessible documentation records.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of document control procedures.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in document control or document management, preferably in the energy,



engineering or oil & gas sector.

Required Skills

- Experience working with different document management systems and digital tools, with the ability to adapt to different platforms and workflows.
- Good understanding of document control procedures, version management and document traceability.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Ability to coordinate documentation across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Good command of English; Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Skills

- French is a plus.
