Overview

In this HRBP role you will partner with managers and leaders to translate business needs into people initiatives across Kolsquare and its partner helloCash. You will lead change management for a key integration project (Kolsquare–Storyclash) while building foundational HR processes like performance management and succession planning. You’ll support employee relations, engagement, and data-driven decision making across a multi-entity European group. This is a hands-on, strategic role in a fast-growing tech environment with a strong focus on growth, culture, and inclusion.

Responsabilidades

- Strategic HR partnership and org design to support growth and workforce planning
- Change management and integration leadership for the Kolsquare–Storyclash project and future initiatives
- Performance, talent and succession processes including goal-setting, calibration and development




- Employee relations and works council liaison, managing sensitive conversations and legal risk
- Engagement analytics and people data to diagnose issues and guide leadership
- Talent acquisition support coordination with central TA for multi-entity hiring

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-growing tech or SaaS environment
- Generalist experience across talent, employee relations, performance, and engagement with senior leaders
- Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law; experience with collective agreements and works councils
- Ability to build HR processes and tools from the ground up
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, emotional intelligence, and conflict-navigation skills
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); French/Spanish a plus
