Overview

As Site Supervisor, you oversee on-site installation and logistics to meet safety, quality, and project requirements. You lead daily operations, manage teams and contractors, and ensure adherence to schedules and process maps. You’ll promote a safety-first culture and deliver high-quality handovers to commissioning. This role offers impact across on-site execution within an international project environment and opportunities to advance your leadership responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

- Manage on-site installation activities for regular projects or components of larger projects
- Contribute to and implement the project installation plan
- Organize equipment logistics and site unloading
- Instruct installation teams on project requirements
- Delegate installation tasks to suppliers/partners
- Prepare start-up activities for installation
- Provide progress feedback and status updates
- Perform installation quality checks and process verification
- Support handover to commissioning with a high-quality transfer
- Assist commissioning during testing
- Coordinate all site activities until handover to customer
- Ensure health and safety compliance and promote a safe working environment




- Monitor project costs, ensure budget adherence, validate expenses, and report variances

Requisitos principales

- Degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or intermediate/higher studies in industrial mechatronics/electronics/electricity/mechanics
- Must have the training or ability certificate
- Clean criminal/police record for project location
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in team management
- Leadership and excellent communication skills
- Dynamic problem solver with strong analytical abilities
- Taking initiative, autonomous work style
- Delegation and customer orientation
- Cooperation, flexibility, planning and organization, stress resistance
- Safety awareness and ability to operate in an international project team
- Driving license
- Languages: Spanish native/advanced, fluent English (B2); knowledge of French, Italian, German an asset
- 2 years of experience
