Responsabilidades

- Manage the project roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies and reporting for a integral IAM transformation.
- Coordinate migration activities, stakeholder engagement, communications,



training and adoption while ensuring alignment between business, technical and operational teams.
- Support governance activities, executive reporting and project readiness throughout the transformation journey.

Requisitos principales

- Experience leading complex transformation, cloud migration or modernization projects.
- Strong Project Management and Organizational Change Management skills.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Ability to drive adoption, communication, governance and business readiness activities.
