Overview

In this Product Owner role, you will shape a nascent Veeva product and steer the engineering team’s priorities from idea to launch. You will translate customer needs into actionable requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver intuitive healthcare features. You’ll work directly with customers, tackle AI-enabled insights, and help the product scale with expanding capabilities. This is a hands-on position with ownership and impact, aligned to Veeva’s mission of transforming life sciences.

Responsabilidades

- Lead product delivery for the engineering team from discovery through launch and iteration
- Translate customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with trade-offs
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to build features from complex healthcare information (claims data)




- Contribute to development of AI-powered capabilities through prompts, evaluation, and output quality
- Use product analytics and customer feedback to measure success and guide future work
- Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, validate ideas, and refine features

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years as Product Owner or Product Manager delivering software products
- Experience owning a backlog and partnering with engineers to ship features
- Strong product judgment to turn ambiguous problems into actionable requirements
- Technical fluency to discuss APIs, data flows, and implementation tradeoffs
- Clear communication and collaborative cross-team approach
- Curiosity about customer problems and willingness to learn a complex industry
- A technical degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience
