Overview

In this role you will manage Investigator and site payments end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will work with cross-functional partners to optimize the clinical payments process and explore AI-enabled improvements. The position supports integral operations, emphasizing customer-oriented service and timely, reliable financial reporting. Responsabilidades

- Process investigator and site payments in compliance with procedures, regulations, contracts, and country requirements
- Compile and review data from multiple sources (budgets, EDC, CTMS)
- Review site invoices and address issues or findings
- Perform reconciliations and prepare accruals and forecasts
- Develop and maintain standard reports
- Drive process, system, and reporting improvements, including AI adoption in Clinical Payments
- Identify and manage operational and financial risks related to site payments




- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Create, maintain, and collect process, project, and financial documentation

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical payments
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong financial, analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyse data efficiently and present practical solutions
- Ability to work in a global environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and service approach
