Responsabilidades

- Engage regional clients to understand needs and provide tailored advertising solutions
- Manage a high volume of accounts while delivering excellent service and sales support
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques and client engagement
- Work towards performance targets and KPIs, consistently meeting or exceeding goals

Requisitos principales

- C2 level of Norwegian and C1 level of English (written and spoken)
- Proven sales experience with ability to influence and close deals
- Experience in digital marketing strategy development for various client sizes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in customer service or account management with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of the Nordic market, including cultural and business practices
