In this role you enable high-quality marketing execution by translating processes into practical guidance. You connect integral strategy with day-to-day work, helping new and experienced marketers access knowledge quickly. You’ll build learning resources, templates, and an internal knowledge base to scale marketing across markets. You’ll also leverage AI and HubSpot updates to keep the team aligned and efficient. This position offers the chance to shape scalable enablement in a global, fast-moving healthcare marketplace.

Responsabilidades

- Translate marketing processes, standards, and frameworks into actionable guidance via knowledge base articles and learning materials
- Maintain and improve documentation, templates, and resources for consistency across markets
- Create engaging content sharing best practices and productivity insights




- Design and run structured learning programs for both new and existing marketers
- Partner with marketing leaders to support rollout of new processes and identify gaps
- Train and optimize internal chatbot for scalable, self-serve knowledge access via AI
- Monitor HubSpot updates and marketing trends and turn relevant info into guidance

Requisitos principales

- Marketing-related degree (or equivalent)
- Hands-on HubSpot experience (no deep admin required)
- Experience leading trainings or being a go-to resource
- Strong writing and communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to structure knowledge for diverse teams
- Curiosity and quick learning ability
