Overview

In this role you will forge and manage restaurant partnerships to accelerate Glovo’s growth, improving the customer offering and building a robust pipeline of local stores. You will negotiate terms, onboard partners quickly, and monitor early performance to ensure fast, sustainable results. The position sits in the Sales team, contributing to a dynamic, high-growth environment. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to scale our restaurant network and hit monthly targets.

Responsabilidades

- Build relationships with new restaurant partners in the area to drive growth
- Lead contract negotiations to establish mutually beneficial terms
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure speed and smoothness




- Monitor restaurant performance during the first 30 days
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
- Keep the sales pipeline updated daily and track emerging restaurants

Requisitos principales

- 1+ years hands-on sales experience
- Key contacts in the industry is a plus
- Outstanding listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc)
- Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with ability to hit monthly targets
