Overview

As Quality Manager in Segovia, you will lead the Quality and Laboratory team to ensure products meet customer specs and standards while steering sustainability initiatives. You will drive continuous improvement across the plant, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to boost quality, environmental impact, and customer satisfaction. You’ll shape talent development and influence strategic decisions as part of the plant leadership. This role offers impact across local operations and integral quality objectives, within a dynamic 24/7 production environment.

Responsabilidades

- Leading the Quality and Laboratory team to ensure product compliance with specifications and standards
- Managing and improving Quality and Sustainability Management Systems (ISO, IFS, BRC, PEFC, FSC, OEKO-TEX)
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the plant




- Making data-driven decisions using key quality, customer satisfaction, and environmental indicators
- Developing and growing the team aligned with company values
- Ensuring compliance with BSCI and promoting ethical, sustainable practices

Requisitos principales

- University degree in Science or related field
- Experience in talent development managing teams (>15 people) and strong communication, impact, and influencing skills
- Solution-oriented with strategic mindset and results focus
- High level of English (B2/C1)
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
