As Pricing Capabilities Manager you shape and own the dynamic pricing capabilities that bind business needs to data science solutions. You bridge Revenue Management, Data Science, and Engineering to deliver high-impact pricing initiatives while keeping governance, compliance, and performance in check. You monitor market trends and benchmark practices to keep our pricing technology ahead. You will drive cross-functional delivery and enable adoption of new pricing tools across teams. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution in a fast-growing travel platform.

Responsabilidades

- Define and frame pricing problems with revenue managers and translate into clear DS/Engineering requirements
- Shape end-to-end pricing solutions with data science, balancing impact, risk and effort
- Own the pricing capabilities roadmap (annual/quarterly), build business cases, track delivery and budget
- Project-manage pricing initiatives from discovery to A/B testing and rollout, train stakeholders




- Set guardrails (price floors/ceilings) and ensure monitoring, KPIs and model health post-rollout
- Benchmark against travel, ecommerce, and subscription industries and propose AI-driven pricing opportunities

Requisitos principales

- 4 to 6 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, product management or strategy consulting in data-driven environments
- Strong understanding of dynamic pricing and how data science models are built, tested and deployed (A/B testing)
- Experience owning a roadmap or managing cross-functional projects end to end
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; SQL and BI tools (Looker Studio or Tableau)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Master's degree in business administration, economics, engineering or a related quantitative field
- Fluent English
