Overview

In this role you help shape IAM transformation initiatives in a general environment, focusing on analyzing, optimizing, and governing identity lifecycle processes. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and ensure secure, scalable identity services. You’ll translate requirements into process documentation and user stories, supporting governance and continuous IAM service improvement. Responsabilidades

- Analyze and document IAM end-to-end processes, identify gaps and risks
- Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders




- Translate requirements into process documentation, user stories, and functional specs
- Support governance activities and drive continuous IAM service improvements
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team

Requisitos principales

- Experience in process management, IAM, IT Service Management or similar environments
- Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Understanding of Identity & Access Management and identity lifecycle processes
- Experience working with technical, operational and business stakeholders
