Overview

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer on the GTB Tech Evolution Platform, you will design, build and operate secure, scalable cloud-native infrastructure on AWS. You’ll work with Platform, Security and Product teams to onboard apps to standardized cloud patterns, boost automation, and advance DevOps, SRE and observability practices. You’ll help evolve our cloud platform with a focus on AWS/EKS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and IaC. This role offers meaningful impact in enabling secure, reliable digital services at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Design, implement and operate secure, scalable AWS/EKS infrastructure
- Lead onboarding and migration of applications to standardized cloud patterns
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment using GitHub
- Manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
- Advance authentication security with AWS IAM/IRSA




- Administer Kubernetes-based environments for reliability and security
- Champion observability and SRE practices (monitoring, logging, performance)
- Promote automation across infra and app lifecycles
- Maintain clear documentation of platform processes and standards
- Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Security and Product teams
- Identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, resilience, security and developer experience

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years in DevSecOps/DevOps
- Strong AWS experience
- Kubernetes knowledge, ideally with EKS
- GitHub-based CI/CD experience
- Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience
- Docker and containerized environments
- Linux expertise
- IAM and authentication experience in cloud environments
- Cloud monitoring with CloudWatch or similar
