Overview

In this role you will configure and support the Workday platform across modules, ensuring data integrity, release readiness, and compliant changes. You’ll work with HR, Payroll, IT, and business partners to maximise Workday value while maintaining governance. The role emphasizes stability, scalability, and continuous improvement through structured delivery disciplines. You will drive implementation of bi-annual releases and implement automation to enhance user experience and efficiency. This is a strategic technical-operational position within a global team.

Responsabilidades

- Provide expert support and administration across the Workday platform to ensure a stable, high-performing HR system
- Own and configure key Workday modules, driving enhancements while upholding governance and global design standards
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues with root-cause analysis for long-term improvements
- Deliver Workday change requests from requirements through to testing, deployment and post-launch support
- Lead assessment and testing of bi-annual Workday releases to ensure smooth adoption
- Monitor system performance, data quality, security,



and reporting accuracy; implement platform integrity improvements
- Identify automation and process optimization opportunities to improve UX, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and stakeholders to maximise Workday value and promote best practices

Requisitos principales

- Previous experience in a Workday Functional role with hands-on experience
- Experience with one or more of: Recruiting, Learning, Compensation modules
- Experience with Workday Security or Integrations (desirable)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
- Proactive problem solving and sound decision making
- Hands-on experience configuring Workday Business Processes
- Proficient in Calculated Fields, EIBs, custom reports, and condition rules
- Deep understanding of Workday data structures, business objects, and reporting frameworks
- Experience using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of downstream integration behaviours and data flows
- Ability to interpret Workday release notes and assess impacts
- Experience delivering configuration changes under governance
