In this role, you will lead the infrastructure team to design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud and on‑premises systems with a Kubernetes focus. You will drive architecture, automation, and reliability to meet business goals and ensure security, compliance, and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners to optimize performance, uptime, and cost while guiding architectural decisions and vendor relationships. This position offers scope to shape how our infrastructure scales and operates in a distributed environment.

Responsabilidades

- Leadership & Mentorship: guide and resource the team to achieve targets
- Architecture & Planning: design scalable hybrid Kubernetes-centric architectures aligned with business goals
- Automation & CI/CD: advance IaC and CI/CD using Ansible and Terraform
- Operations & Reliability:



manage performance, monitoring, uptime, incident response, and on‑call/maintenance
- Security & Compliance: collaborate with InfoSec to enforce controls, assess risks, and maintain audit readiness
- Vendor Management: evaluate tools and manage technology partner relationships to meet SLAs

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience leading infrastructure or operations teams
- Experience establishing operational metrics (MTTR/MTTD, uptime SLAs, cloud spend optimization) and incident response frameworks
- Strong Project & Workflow Management skills for complex initiatives
- Deep knowledge of on‑premises hardware, SAN/NAS, enterprise networking, and IaC with Terraform and Ansible
- Hands‑on experience architecting multi‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) across Linux and Windows
