Overview

In this Integral Customer Support role, you will deliver technical support for automation and analytical systems, and lead training initiatives across global teams. You’ll develop blended learning solutions, support international deployments, and assist with IT-integrated diagnostics. You’ll work with cross-functional groups to ensure reliable operation of Roche systems in labs worldwide. This role offers international collaboration and hands-on impact on lab performance and patient care.

Responsabilidades

- Provide technical support for automation systems (px12/71, CCM, BLIM) and analytical platforms (cobas 6000/8000, cobas pro, etc.)
- Develop and deliver target-specific blended learning courses and e-learning content
- Provide onsite support to customer laboratories globally and liaise with manufacturers on projects
- Integrate IT solutions across different infrastructures and manage global implementations
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on various projects
- Travel up to 30% for onsite training and support
- Ensure product support meets worldwide distribution requirements
- Address complex software and application-related issues to ensure lab instrument availability

Requisitos principales





- University/college education with a focus on science/technology/IT (e.g. medical technology, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, bioinformatics)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a product specialist or in a diagnostics lab environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting workflow instruments (p512/612/57) or cobas 6000/8000/cobas pro solutions
- Strong experience with lab networks/IT infrastructure (e.g. navify Lab operations, nLO, middleware, host systems)
- Proven ability to support integrated solutions across global implementations
- Experience in developing and delivering customer training in English
- Familiarity with digital learning and distance coaching is a bonus
- Customer-service oriented with excellent communication and intercultural skills
- Willingness for frequent travel (~30%)
