Overview

In this role you drive growth and lead delivery of site investigation and remediation solutions in the Iberian market. You will build client relationships, guide technically complex projects, and advance sustainable land use through innovative remediation strategies. You’ll collaborate across Ramboll’s Environment, Water, Energy, Planning, and Sustainability teams to provide integrated solutions. This position offers impact from shaping brownfield redevelopment and regulatory-compliant, risk-based approaches at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Provide leadership for Site Solutions, building client relationships and a sustainable sales pipeline
- Lead and deliver complex contaminated land, remediation, soil and groundwater assessment, environmental due diligence, and site redevelopment
- Provide technical leadership on remediation technologies, risk-based approaches, sustainable remediation, and regulatory developments
- Oversee project delivery with focus on client satisfaction, quality, and commercial performance
- Collaborate with experts across Environment & Health, Water, Energy, Planning, and Sustainability for integrated solutions
- Drive innovation in remediation strategies,



nature-based solutions, and sustainable land management
- Represent Ramboll externally through industry involvement, conferences, publications, and thought leadership

Requisitos principales

- Strong experience in contaminated land management, remediation, soil and groundwater investigations, environmental compliance, and site redevelopment projects
- Track record delivering projects for industrial, manufacturing, chemicals, energy, infrastructure, mining, real estate, or public-sector clients
- Experience developing remediation strategies and managing complex environmental liabilities
- Understanding of Spanish and European environmental regulations related to contaminated land, groundwater, waste, and permitting
- Proven business development success and managing major client relationships for profitable growth
- Technical leadership and industry recognition in contaminated land and remediation consulting
- Strong proposal development, project management, and technical reporting skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Local language proficiency and English at C1/C2; Portuguese advantageous
