As Video Editor for The Shop, you shape engaging social-first and branded content from internal sources. You will transform raw footage and archive material into compelling narratives while maintaining a precise media library. Responsabilidades

- Edit social-first, branded and campaign video content using internal footage
- Create stories from archive footage, owned content, and brand assets
- Organise, catalogue and maintain a structured media library
- Log footage accurately with project docs, locations, usage notes and metadata
- Manage post-production workflows including ingest, project organisation, version control and archiving




- Collaborate with filmmakers and creative teams to align with project goals and platform requirements
- Ensure edits conform to brand standards, visual identity and social best practices
- Select music, pacing, graphics and treatments to enhance storytelling and engagement
- Prepare content in multiple formats and aspect ratios

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor degree and/or equivalent experience in film, media production, post-production, communications or related field
- At least 5 years of professional video editing experience in brand/agency/production/media environments
- Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent
- Proven experience editing social-first, branded and digital content across formats and platforms
- Excellent organizational, file management, communication and collaboration skills
- Experience managing media assets, archive systems, metadata and revision workflows in a fast-paced creative environment
