Overview

In this role you will secure airworthiness and quality across Transport & Logistics within Airbus Defence and Space Getafe. You will support material certification, ensure QMS compliance, and drive non-conformance handling and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and auditing teams to align with flight-critical requirements. The position offers exposure to regulatory frameworks (EASA, Part 21/145) and opportunities to impact supplier performance and product integrity. This is a chance to shape how logistics quality supports certification and manufacturing readiness.

Responsabilidades

- Certify aeronautical material with airworthiness certificates per Civil and Military regulations (EASA/Peram/Emar/CAA Part 21 & Part 145)
- Contribute to QMS integrity and regulatory compliance (EN9100, PECAL/AQAP, Part 21/145)
- Manage non-conformances/incidents, lead root cause analyses (PPS, 5Why, RCA)



and handle customer complaints
- Monitor logistics flows, assess aeronautical material reception at Logistics Service Providers, track KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean-based optimization projects to boost performance and customer satisfaction
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and auditing teams

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years in Quality, Logistics, Production, or Manufacturing with strong airworthiness understanding
- Strong experience with quality tools (8D, PPS, RCA), Lean methods, and process improvement
- Advanced English proficiency (negotiation level)
