Overview

In this role you act as the Airbus focal point at customer facilities to oversee Spares & Repairs processes under the C3 contract. You will drive process optimisation, manage the Customer OrderBook and performance within EF contracts, and monitor KPIs to improve organizational outcomes. You will identify potential risks, coordinate mitigation with operations, and handle customer escalations to ensure satisfaction. You’ll work closely with Global Logistics Network and ensure compliance in customs/export control, contributing to reliable delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

- Manage Customer OrderBook and performance for Spares and Repair within EF contracts
- Monitor OD KPIs and perform deep analyses to drive performance improvements




- Identify risks and implement mitigation actions with operational teams
- Act as local focal point for customer escalations and prioritization to ensure satisfaction
- Ensure customs/export control processes are fulfilled
- Collaborate with General Logistics Network (warehouse and transports)
- Assist internal EF Materials meetings and coordinate operational issues related to the customer
- Maintain awareness of compliance risks and uphold integrity across activities
