Overview

As a QA Engineer in a cross-functional agile squad, you ensure high-quality digital products for our B2C Loyalty Program in Health and Retail Pharmacy. You design and execute test plans, automate tests, and drive quality across the development lifecycle in collaboration with developers, designers, and product owners. You improve test strategy, coverage, and documentation while promoting a quality-first mindset. This role offers scope to shape testing practices within a fast-growing, mission-driven tech partner that blends startup energy with enterprise impact.

Responsabilidades

- Create and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and mobile apps
- Perform exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing to ensure quality
- Participate in planning, grooming, and review sessions within a cross-functional agile team
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to define acceptance criteria and testability
- Monitor builds and pipelines to detect defects early
- Improve test strategy,

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Experience testing web and mobile applications
- Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
- Familiarity with Postman, Browser DevTools, Charles Proxy or similar
- Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
- Basic API understanding and ability to perform API testing
- Experience writing automated tests with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium or similar
- Strong knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
