Overview

As Head of Data, you will lead pricing and revenue intelligence end-to-end, shaping data-driven products that translate hotel activity into measurable revenue. You will partner with Product and Design to embed data insights in the product, while owning the data foundation and ensuring trustworthy metrics across four countries. You’ll lead a small data team, stay hands-on with SQL and Python, and steer impactful AI-enabled solutions in a fast-growing hospitality tech company.

Responsabilidades

- Own pricing and revenue intelligence strategy, platform, and products with cross-functional teams
- Turn platform data into actionable recommendations and measurable hotel revenue impact
- Make outcomes visible in-product with rigorous, platform-wide measurement and per-hotel benchmarks
- Co-own the product roadmap for data-driven revenue features and define data/models used




- Run and maintain data foundation (warehouses, pipelines, instrumentation) with clear SLAs
- Lead and grow a small data engineering/analyst team, fostering growth and high performance
- Stay hands-on: write SQL/Python, develop models, debug pipelines, review code
- Influence leadership with a strong data voice and define metric governance across four countries

Requisitos principales

- Built data-centered products with measurable business impact
- Hands-on with SQL and Python; experience shipping data-driven models or recommendations
- Led a small data team in a startup; hiring, growth, and establishing standards
- Experience with experimentation and robust measurement (A/B tests, synthetic controls)
- Customer-impact mindset; ownership of revenue outcomes and data quality
- Experience with AI-first approaches (agents, LLM pipelines) and cross-functional collaboration
