Overview

In this FP&A; role, you will support planning, forecasting and financial analysis to drive decision-making. You’ll build and refine models, run variance analyses, and help manage KPIs and management reporting with senior leadership. The position integrates with cross-functional teams to enable growth, efficiency, and risk management within Corporate Finance. You’ll contribute to strategic initiatives, including new products, market expansion, and process improvements, while upholding ADP’s core values and commitment to insights and integrity.

Responsabilidades

- Supports annual operating plan aligned to strategic plan and conducts forecasting to inform decisions
- Builds forecast models using drivers and external factors; prepares plan presentation deliverables
- Creates analytical tools and models to improve expense efficiency
- Produces recurring and ad hoc management reports; ensures financial reporting accuracy and risk controls




- Prepares variance analyses on presente vs plan/forecast and presents results to senior management
- Performs deep-dive business analysis to identify root causes and inform decisions
- Supports strategic initiatives (e.g., M&A;, product launches, market entry, process improvements)
- Partners with stakeholders to align on priorities and secure buy-in
- Establishes and maintains consistent financial operational policies

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- MBA or credits toward MBA preferred
- 4 Years of Experience in FP&A;
- Fluent English; other European languages a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Oracle SmartView; familiarity with Power BI, Alteryx, and AI assistants is a plus
