Overview

In this role you lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products and services within the Digital Material Solutions team, aligning with customer needs and operational SLAs. You will guide cross-functional teams in development, deployment, and operation to ensure reliable Airbus IT landscape support. The position focuses on DevOps-enabled delivery for aerospace business processes, from conception to retirement. You’ll work in an international, dynamic environment with direct client contact, shaping solutions for spares, provisioning, and ISS contracts.

Responsabilidades

- Lead the multi-functional team to manage the IT product/service lifecycle from conception to retirement
- Own continuous release management and ensure SLAs are met
- Represent End User perspective to ensure user-centric solutions




- Translate product vision into a prioritized backlog aligned with the business product owner
- Define chargeback models and go-to-market strategy for products/services
- Drive end-to-end product/service development and operationalization in a DevOps context
- Coordinate solution deployment and ongoing operation across the product lifecycle

Requisitos principales

- Expertise in IT product/service lifecycle management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of release management and DevOps practices
- Ability to translate user needs into backlog items and roadmaps
- Negotiation of supplier contracts and strategic alignment
- Knowledge of digital services life cycle assessment and product life cycle control
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English; security clearance as required
